Pre-Med Coach Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Pre-Med Coach, a free planning tool operated by International Medical Aid Foundation ("IMA", "we"), on coach.medicalaid.org and in ChatGPT. By using Pre-Med Coach, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, use Pre-Med Coach with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Planning support only

• Pre-Med Coach helps you organize your profile, hours, tasks and deadlines. It does not give admissions, medical, legal or financial advice.
• It does not predict or guarantee admission to any school or program. MCAT percentiles come from published AAMC tables and are not admission probabilities.
• Requirements and deadlines change. Always confirm them with the school, the application service (such as AMCAS, AACOMAS, CASPA or ADEA AADSAS) or the test provider.

Your information and conduct

• You are responsible for the information you enter. The hours you log are your own self-reported records; Pre-Med Coach does not verify them.
• Do not enter patient information, health records or other people's private information.
• Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other students' accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in codes are sent there.

IMA programs

Pre-Med Coach may show information about International Medical Aid's clinical internship programs. Those programs are separate services with their own application process, terms and fees. Pre-Med Coach does not sell anything or process payments.

Using Pre-Med Coach in ChatGPT

When you use Pre-Med Coach inside ChatGPT, your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's terms. You can disconnect Pre-Med Coach in ChatGPT at any time.

Availability and changes

We provide Pre-Med Coach as is and as available, and we may change, pause or end features. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pre-Med Coach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, IMA is not liable for decisions you make based on Pre-Med Coach, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
